Fees/ Rates Information

Inner Essence Holistic Therapies is a cash practice. Payments are accepted through cash, electronic funds transfer (EFT) credit / debit card payments. Should you wish to make payment by credit card (Visa / Mastercard only), a card handling fee will apply. The card handling fee is paid directly to the credit card service provider. Please enquire for fees, as every medical aid has their own tariff.

  • Medical Aid: Should you be a member of a medical aid and depending on your medical aid plan, your medical aid should reimburse you either partially or in full. It is recommended that you enquire directly with your medical aid regarding the availability of sufficient funds prior to initiating therapy.  

  • Allocated Appointment Time: The full time for your treatment session is reserved specifically for you. If you choose to shorten your allocated appointment time, the full session fee will still apply. Pro-rata payments are not accepted. 

  • Prescribed Minimum Benefits (PMB) 
    If we need to apply for Prescribed Minimum Benefits (PMB) from your medical aid on your behalf, an administration fee will be charged upon application. 

    Please Note: Accounts are to be settled at our office either prior to your consultation, before the session begins or directly after the session. 

  • Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel a session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointmentments, will be charged in full. This is because your reserved sessions could have been offered to someone else in need. 

    Please note that medical aids do not cover missed sessions; therefore, invoices will be sent directly to the client. Cancellations and rescheduling are quick and easy to manage. Please contact our office directly for cancellations and rescheduling.
